Truth be told, "Manifesto" evolved from "Hunt Club," which evolved from a demo called "The Feeling," which I was going to record for an EP - one that will still see the light of day sometime in the next couple of years. The track was (heavily) influenced by "Do You Feel What I Feel" by Rex the Dog featuring the exquisite Jamie McDermott (from The Irrepressibles) on vocals - but let me state for the record that I in no way compare my vocals to Jamie's in any way, shape, or form....

The track's lyrics got a re-write in 2015 - I was going to record it as a one-off single to express my disgust with all things related to reality television, celebrity culture, etc...

Then the 2016 Democratic Primary happened.
